Transport User Voice – Hear how we’re working for bus passengers

29 September 2017

Want to hear how we’re working for bus passengers?

Transport Focus will have a stand at Coach & Bus UK 17 at the NEC, Birmingham from 4 to 5 October.

Transport Focus director David Sidebottom will be speaking on Thursday 5 October to explain what passengers tell us they want from their local bus service.

We will showcase how our annual Bus Passenger Survey (BPS) compares and benchmarks what passengers think about their bus service. A valued industry survey, the BPS now gathers the views of nearly 50,000 bus passengers each year. For the first time we will be speaking to bus passengers across England, Scotland and Wales at the same time.

The event will be a good opportunity to hear more about how bus companies have used the survey to secure improvements for passengers including:

  • bus vehicle design
  • fare and ticketing deals
  • customer service improvements
  • provision of better information
  • help to target investment.

If you want to hear how we’re making a difference for passengers come and meet the team on stand B50.
