Our new Scotland video

Earlier this year we launched our Making Journeys Better video – promoting our commitment to constantly working to improve journeys for transport users. 

We’ve now launched a follow-up, looking at the work we do in Scotland. It features Robert Samson, our senior stakeholder manager in Scotland.  

The video highlights our work improving the Caledonian Sleeper, ScotRail, and buses.
