Improving experiences in Manchester and Sheffield

What do you think of trams and how can your experience be improved? From 2014 we’ve worked with tram networks to understand how to make them better for passengers.

As part of the latest research we worked with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE). We wanted to help both organisations understand how to improve the experience for tram passengers on their networks.

This latest piece of work covered over 3300 passengers, asking for their views about the last journey they took across Manchester and Sheffield. The survey took place between November 2019 and January 2020, prior to the arrival of coronavirus and its impact in the UK.
