Transport User Voice – What would make your rail journey better?

22 November 2017

What would improve your rail journey? That’s what the watchdog has asked passengers in its latest report, out next week.

Transport Focus asked more than 12,800 people to rank things that would most improve their journey experience.

From getting a seat, more frequent and punctual trains to better value for money services, see how passengers ranked their top priorities in our research.

Transport Focus chief executive Anthony Smith said:

“We talk to thousands of passengers a year and ask about experiences of journeys they have made. We also want to look to the future – what they would most like to see improved. This will help Government and industry understand where to focus investment to make the biggest difference to passengers’ lives.”

Rail passengers’ priorities for improvement will be published on Monday 27 November.
