Discussing transport in the north

How can journeys be improved for transport users across the north of England?

We held our bi-monthly Board meeting in public on Tuesday 22 September. The first hour of the meeting was devoted to a discussion on transport across the north and the immediate and longer-term priorities to build better journeys​​.

Guest speakers included:

  • Alex Hornby, chief executive at Transdev Blazefield
  • Anna-Jane Hunter, director at North of England Rail, Network Rail
  • Richard Marshall, regional director in Yorkshire and the north east at Highways England.
