Transport Focus held a briefing and discussion session on Wednesday 29 September to support Local Transport Authorities (LTAs) develop their Bus Service Improvement Plans (BSIPs).

In this session we talked through our guidance document on what passengers want from Bus Service Improvement Plans and heard from LTAs about their experiences and challenges.
