Anti-social behaviour report – Rail passenger views

In March 2009 Passenger Focus published a report entitled ?Passenger perceptions of personal security on the railways?. This report identified that whilst a majority of rail passengers were satisfied with their personal security, both on the train (72%) and at the station (63%), of those that weren?t the anti-social behaviour of others was the principal concern.
