Bus mystery traveller survey annual results 2009 – 2010

Passenger Focus is the official, independent consumer organisation representing the
interests of rail users nationally and since 25 February 2010, bus, coach and tram users
across England outside London. Created by the Railways Act 2005, Passenger Focus is the operating name of the Passengers? Council. It is a body corporate, executive nondepartmental public body sponsored by the Department for Transport. Our mission is to get the best deal for passengers.
As part of the Passenger Focus acquiring the remit for bus passenger representation, Passenger Focus took over management and publication of the Bus Mystery Traveller Survey from the DfT in April 2009.
