CrossCountry scorecard

CrossCountry’s scorecard highlights how the operator is performing on the journey elements that matter most to passengers. The scorecard draws on Rail Customer Experience Survey results and industry data on punctuality and cancellations to produce a comparative snapshot for each train operator.
