Elizabeth Line scorecard

The Elizabeth Line’s scorecard highlights how it is performing on the journey elements that matter most to passengers. The scorecard draws on Rail Customer Experience Survey results and industry data on punctuality and cancellations to produce a comparative snapshot for each train operator.
