Highways England’s consultation on a proposed lorry park in Kent – Transport Focus’s response

Highways England launched a public consultation on a proposal to create a permanent lorry park adjacent to the M20 at Stanford, Kent. The proposal detailed two preferred sites and four options as to how the site might be operated; these ranged from emergency use to a general, everyday truckstop.
