Improving punctuality for passengers

Punctuality is of key importance for rail passengers and the main
influence on overall journey satisfaction and one of the top three priority
areas for further improvement. Given the significance of performance,
Passenger Focus has investigated how customer satisfaction with
punctuality is affected by the actual level of delay they experience.
