ORR review – Transport Focus’s evidence

The Department for Transport (DfT) held a review of the current regulatory regime for the railways. Transport Focus’s response emphasised the importance of using regulation to deliver benefits that matter most to passengers. It also urged that passengers are more involved in the decision making process, especially in the planning and delivery of major projects.
