Passenger Focus report to Cheshire County Council on access requirements for Crewe Railway Station

The purpose of this report is to present the case for improvements to the accessibility of Crewe Railway Station. Passenger Focus, the national consumer rail watchdog, was asked by Cheshire County Council to commission and manage this study.
