Passenger Focus response to the Office of Rail Regulation’s (ORR) consultation on Network Rail’s Output Framework

Passenger Focus has responded to thye Office of Rail Regulation’s (ORR) consultation on Network Rail’s Output Framework. This is the first step in the process of translating the objectives set out in the High Level Output Statements (HLOS) for England & Wales and Scotland into targets and measures for Network Rail. It covers such things as punctuality, capacity and engineering possessions.
