Passenger Focus continues to work closely with Northern Rail by using the results of our National Passenger Survey to deliver real improvements for
passengers. The results of our research project at Harrogate, Rochdale and Blackpool North clearly demonstrated that passengers welcomed the work
Northern Rail undertook to improve the general environment of its stations.
