Passengers’ feedback about Intercity East Coast

As part of our contribution towards the franchise renewal for Intercity East Coast services, the Department for Transport (DfT) asked Passenger Focus to gather feedback from passengers about their current experiences and what they want from the new Intercity East Coast franchise. While not intended to be a representative sample of East Coast passengers, the feedback exercise was designed to find out useful information to help bidders better understand passengers using these services. This is an Excel spreadsheet of the data collected.
The feedback form was available to complete online between 4 December 2013 and 27 January 2014. We received 667 responses. We have passed this raw data to the DfT who are making it available to the franchise bidders. We are grateful to those who spared the time to give their feedback.
