Rail strikes: passenger experience and information survey

Each weekend Transport Focus asks a representative sample of 2000 people from across Great Britain about their public transport use. This report covers the experience of those people that travelled by train during the six days when services were disrupted by strikes from 21 – 26 June. ​

It also reports how both those who travelled and those who did not travel because of the strike disruption rated the information provided about services and tickets and refunds.
