Reacting to extreme weather on the railways

Whenever extreme weather affects train services, questions are asked about whether Britain’s railways are sufficiently well prepared. Transport Focus is pleased to have worked with the industry, through its National Task Force, to research passengers’ views about the subject. In particular, to understand their expectations of what the railway should deliver in these circumstances and what can be done differently to meet their needs as fully as possible.
