Strategic Roads User Survey regional reports

Transport Focus has undertaken ‘deep dives’ into findings of the Strategic Roads User Survey (SRUS) for journeys undertaken between August 2022 and July 2023.

There is a report from each of National Highways’ regions and one for the roads managed by Connect Plus, including the M25. There is also a national document.

SRUS is the official measure of satisfaction with journeys on England’s motorways and major ‘A’ roads – the routes managed by National Highways on behalf of the government.

SRUS results are published monthly to the Transport Focus Data Hub.
