Transport Focus has undertaken regional deep dives into findings of the Strategic Roads User Survey (SRUS) for journeys undertaken from October 2021 to September 2022.
SRUS is the official measure of satisfaction with journeys on England’s motorways and major ‘A’ roads – the routes managed by National Highways on behalf of the government.
Not all regions were included in this pilot exercise. There is no report for National Highways’ South East region or for the M25 region, managed by Connect Plus on behalf of National Highways.
SRUS results are published monthly to the Transport Focus Data Hub.
