West Coast Main Line passenger research

14 April 2010

In November and December 2009, Passenger Focus spoke to 4106 passengers on six key parts of the West Coast Main Line to explore their views and experience of current services, and to identify potential changes or improvements. The findings will be used to inform Passenger Focus’s submission to Network Rail’s West Coast Main Line Route Utilisation Strategy (RUS) consultation later this year.
