Bus Passenger Survey – West Midlands area spring 2017

This is a report about the journey experiences of bus passengers in the West Midlands area. The survey was carried out between May and mid-June 2017. The key performance measures for West Midlands were punctuality, journey time and value for money. The number of survey responses received was 1093.
