Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a Guest Satisfaction Survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.

You can also see the results of the last survey, measuring the period between April 2018 to March 2019.

Click below to download the reports for April to December 2019 – that is Q1 (rail periods 1-3), Q2 (rail periods 4-6) and Q3 (rail periods 7-9).
