Christmas travel window – letter to rail operators

Transport Focus has written to rail operators on behalf of those who intend to travel during the Christmas travel window (23-27 December 2020).  In his letter chief executive Anthony Smith covers the need to meet demand while allowing social distancing, including where trains are replaced by buses because of engineering works, and the need for clear information on what services are running and how busy they will be.
