Evidence to the House of Commons Transport Committee Inquiry into the Bus Market in England (outside London)

The Transport Committee has launched an inquiry into the decline of the bus market in England outside London where service use is in decline, falling by 40% in metropolitan areas outside London. Reflecting the scope of the inquiry (bus service reliability, how services are financed and run in metro-mayor, metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, examples of innovation and best practice), Transport Focus has submitted written evidence on behalf of bus passengers.
