Northern industrial action – Transport User Panel survey

The survey was undertaken in order to get a sense of how passengers feel about the industrial action affecting Northern trains and to explore in detail the impact of the strikes on passengers’ daily lives.

This report presents the findings of a survey undertaken with 333 passengers who indicated that they used, or that they were originally planning to use Northern trains at the time of the RMT strike on 8, 9, or 10 July 2017.
