Using the bus: what young people think

Young people are the biggest users of the bus – but don’t feel services are designed for them.

This latest report from independent watchdog Transport Focus is the result of an in-depth look at the experiences and needs of young bus passengers. This includes clear recommendations for making services more attractive to encourage more young people to keep using the bus.

You can also download the slide pack from our launch event in Birmingham on 5 Feb. We presented our research and heard responses from young people, bus operators, the Department for Transport and marketing experts.
