Find out how satisfied tram passengers were with their service, with a Transport Focus webinar.

You can hear more from the fifth Tram Passenger Survey (TPS) on the international day of happiness, Tuesday 20 March, at 12noon.

We asked nearly 6000 passengers about their experience of travelling on the Birmingham, Blackpool, Greater Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield tram networks.

Our webinar will feature a live presentation of the results – you can also submit questions beforehand. Please email yvonne.fox-burmby@transportfocus.org.uk by Monday 19 March to let us know if you plan to join us. We will then send you joining instructions. We will also be making a recording available shortly after the webinar finishes.
