Head of innovation and partnerships, Ian Wright, will be speaking at the Smart Metro event. The session will be on ‘Why can’t catching a train be as easy as ordering a pizza?’ and will include the following topics:

• Is connectivity and Wi-Fi on rail just a hygiene factor now?
• How does connectivity help deliver against key passenger needs?
• How does connectivity help rail both compete and integrate with other modes?
