Ian Wright, our head of innovation and partnerships will be speaking at the European Transport Conference in Milan (6-8 September) this week. His sessions on Wednesday and Friday include how discounted fares can make public transport more attractive, and the future of transport. He will also chairing a session on what influences rail passenger travel patterns and satisfaction.
