Transport Focus has responded to the Department for Transport’s consultation Shaping the future of England’s strategic roads. This consultation, part of developing the Government’s third road investment strategy (RIS3) covering 2025-30, seeks feedback on National Highways’ Strategic Road Network Initial Report.
