Our guidance on consulting on Enhanced Partnerships sets out what the law and Government guidance says and explains how best to comply with requirements including:

who to consult
how much time to allow
what to ask and how to do so
what to put in your Plan for consulting users on how well your EP is working
how to vary your Scheme, and
how to provide feedback to respondents.
