Get your voice heard – join a customer panel

What are your gripes on rail services? Or are there any positives you want to share from your journey?
Transport Focus has been involved in many train operators’ customer panels. It’s a great way for them to get to grips with what passengers really want. What annoys them, what they like, what needs to be done better – it’s all important.
So, it’s good to see that West Midlands Railway and London Northwestern routes are setting up customer panels. Passengers along these routes now have the chance to impact the services important to them. It’s a simple and effective way to influence changes.
Being part of a customer panel means you, and your fellow passengers, are heard loud and clear. You can be as involved as you want to be, either online or face-to-face.
Let the people in charge know what works and what doesn’t on the services you use.
