It’s not glamorous. It’s not newsworthy. It’s just hard work and attention to detail. We know from our research that punctuality really matters to bus passengers:

Detailed work by bus companies, local authorities and passenger representatives is needed to grind through the detail to make a difference. However, the results can really improve the lives of many passengers.

So we are putting on a series of six evening seminars each to be addressed by the local traffic commissioner. The focus is on practical steps to get more buses on time. Over 200 attendees have already signed up:
