Interesting bus stats? Yes!

The Department for Transport has caught the ‘infographics’ bug.

The latest bus statistics are really well set out, make an interesting read and are full of useful information. 82 per cent of buses in England (including London) have CCTV, 79 per cent are deemed accessible, 92 per cent have location trackers, and outside of London 86 per cent are smart ticket-ready.

So the basic product for those that have a bus service is improving, as our Bus Passenger Survey shows, but, outside of London, overall use is still dropping.
