Trent Barton, the East Midlands bus company, has a great attitude to customer service.

A simple, clear, money back guarantee if you are not happy for whatever reason. I asked them how much they pay out? Last year £3500. Not much to underwrite a great commitment to customer service.

Maybe more bus companies should do this?
