I’m going to Birmingham today to meet with National Express West Midlands and National Express Coaches. Centro, the regional Integrated Transport Authority, and National Express have clubbed together to buy an extra wave of our Bus Passenger Survey. They are keen to see what impact new buses have made to passenger satisfaction. Should be interesting – while getting the buses on time is the key driver of passenger satisfaction – new buses do help in the mix.
