Rail complaints
For complaints about a specific rail journey, you should first contact the rail operator directly. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint or you do not feel the train company handled it appropriately, then you can contact the Rail Ombudsman. However if your complaint is more general, or relates to a Penalty Fare or Unpaid Fares Notice, then fill out our webform and we will get in touch with you within 5 working days.
