Caledonian Sleeper Guest Satisfaction Survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.

This report contains results for the second quarter of fieldwork for the year 2026/27 combining rail periods 04, 05 and 06. This covers journeys made between 28 June – 19 September 2026.
