TransPennine Express passenger information

This report sets out work carried out in October 2019 for TransPennine Express into rail passenger information. Ahead of the introduction of new trains on the network TransPennine Express wanted to understand more about the information requirements passengers have, current information usage and behaviour, information preferences and potential improvements.
