Customer experience measurement in the travel and transport industry – what does the future hold?

The world is changing fast around us. The way people interact with travel services is being transformed. Expectations are rising with consumer behaviour influenced by experiences from other sectors, including from beyond the transport industry. According to Gartner, 89 per cent of companies believe customer experience will be the primary basis of competition in future.
Transport Focus and Heathrow Airport will host a joint conference on Tuesday 4 September at the Wellcome Collection, London, to consider how we can better engage and measure overall customer experience.
