Improving the passenger experience with contactless journeys

Senior manager, David Beer, is chairing a webinar session run by Transport Xtra. This is part of a series looking at public transport recovery.
The session will explore how investment in contactless technology is driving improvements in bus customer experience. It also looks at how providing passengers with data about their travel and payments history can further enhance their satisfaction.

- boosting patronage by reducing payments friction on bus journeys
- simplifying multi-operator ticketing and payments to contribute towards passenger satisfaction
