UK Light Rail Conference – creating competitive cities

Ian Wright head of research at Passenger Focus will be speaking at the annual UK Light Rail Conference on creating competitive cities. The conference will be in Manchester on the 15 and 16 May 2013.

Some topics to be covered at the conference will be – fare collection and revenue protection, the role of social media in passenger communication and how High Speed 2 can help grow UK light rail.
