Rail strikes: impact on passengers

This is the latest in a series of publications from Transport Focus looking at the passenger experience of strikes.  Since the strikes began last summer Transport Focus has been asking passengers about their awareness of each strike, the provision of information on what is running and the impact of the strike.

In this latest report we asked a representative sample of 2000 people across Britain between 6-8 January how strikes have affected them over the past six months and on their attitude towards train travel.
