Bus User Survey – edition 17

The Bus User Survey asks passengers in Great Britain about experiences of travelling by bus and how satisfied they were with their most recent journey.

Those who used a bus are asked about their overall satisfaction with the journey and with aspects such as value for money, punctuality, cleanliness.
