What drives rail passenger satisfaction?
This report summarises key driver analysis using six month’s data from our regular rail satisfaction survey. The analysis identifies which aspects of journey experience are most important for passengers’ overall satisfaction with their journey.
The reports also contain six-month trend charts for the aspects identified as most important.
