LNER the train company that operates on the East Coast Main Line (ECML) has proposed changes to ticket office opening hours at London Kings Cross, Edinburgh Waverley and at 11 further stations along the ECML.

Under the National Rail Ticketing and Settlement Agreement passengers with comments on the proposals should contact Transport Focus.
