Due to essential maintenance, Transport Focus’s contact centre telephone lines will be down between 8am and 4pm on Saturday 12 January. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please use our webform to submit your complaint or enquiry during affected hours.

Alternatively you can call on 8am on Sunday 13 January when all lines will be open again.
