New satisfaction survey for Sleeper passengers

Eight in 10 Caledonian Sleeper passengers are happy with their service.

Today the independent watchdog publishes the first customer satisfaction survey for this line. It was set up to mirror the National Rail Passenger Survey, but carried out online.

David Sidebottom, passenger director at Transport Focus, said:

“Passengers gave detailed feedback about the service, which should lead to improvements targeted at the areas they care most about.”
